Currently we are located in the metropolitan area of Detroit, Michigan.  We do service other towns in the area.

Who is going to give me service?

Our team includes several people with different expertise including a computer systems analyst with a Masters Degree in Information Management & Communication with extensive experience in working one on one with individuals, and a Microsoft Certified Network Administrator.  We have worked with people on Windows 95 through Windows XP, Palm Pilots, Blackberry, Laptops, Wireless setup, and general computer use tutoring.

What is the cost of services?

Generally, we charge $50 an hour but we can negotiate prices depending on what needs to be done and how long services take.   We will talk and agree to all reasonable prices.
